Frank Bibeau's legal work focuses on the treaty rights of tribes and members to help protect the natural resources and for future generations. He is also an attorney for the White Earth Nation and a writer. He holds a BA in Political Science from Bemidji State University and is a 2000 graduate from the William Mitchell College of Law. Frank is an enrolled tribal member and lives on Leech Lake Reservation.
